Make a day of it soaking up the nature at our Backwell farm, and curate something personal and memorable to boot.

fresh + DRIED flower BUNCHES
We sell fresh or dried flowers seasonally, all year round, all grown on the farm and harvested by our flower grower.
Our fresh blooms are seasonal, local, and grown with minimal intervention and no chemicals. Therefore they are to be enjoyed June through to October when they are at their best – with beautiful dried flowers available for the rest of the year.
Dried flowers are a beautiful way to gift a longer lasting bunch, and an environmentally conscious way to enjoy flowers year-round.
Being led by the seasons, we grow flowers here at 5 Acre Farm as sustainably as possible, focusing on soil health and biodiversity.
We don’t use any chemicals and we’re only 6 miles from Bristol!

DIY WEDDING FLOWERS
For the hands on, creative and environmentally conscious wedding couple! Ditch the air freighted, industrially produced flowers – and hand pick your own local, seasonal blooms to dress your special day.

why 5 acre farm flowers?
Hand grown, local, chemical free and seasonally led. But that’s just the start… Our farm focuses on improving biodiversity and regenerating the soil rather than stripping it of nutrients for financial gain. This means our aim is to enrich the land and extend its life – improving it for us and our wildlife for generations to come.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
PYO – but with an exclusive upgrade… Wedding pickers are offered private weekday access to our flower beds to curate their blooms. This allows for the freshest selection for your big day! Alongside this, you will work closely with our grower Vivien, who will consult along the way.
THE ROUND UP – AND HOW TO GET IN TOUCH!
- 2-3 weekday hours of private picking on our 5 Acre Farm in Backwell
- consultation with our grower Vivien
- warming hot drinks in our beautiful wooden Flower Barn
- buckets (of 50-60 stems) at £50 each or £60 for all Dahlias
- book in and bring along loved ones and friends – a perfect hen or stag do activity too!
