A Fresh Farm Shop for a brighter New Year!
We opened Five Acre Farm Shop to bring our own locally grown farm produce to the community. Our shop and online delivery system has become more and more popular as we come to the end of a challenging year! To respond to this growing demand we are expanding the retail space to increase our range of fresh produce from our farm and other local growers and producers.
Our core aim at Tobacco Factory Enterprises is to be a model of social, environmental and economic sustainability. We are strong believers in local produce which supports the South Bristol economy, nurtures independent businesses and keeps food miles low. We are delighted to be entering a new partnership with Mark’s Bread, the much loved and award-winning bakery based just down the road from Tobacco Factory. Mark’s bread is already stocked in the shop but with this new partnership you’ll find more fresh loaves on our shop shelves!
This will mean a sad but fond farewell to the Makers Market Box Shops, who are all currently developing plans for new locations. The Makers Market project had great potential but was unfortunately badly affected by the pandemic. We are pleased to have been able to give them the opportunity and will continue our relationship with these talented makers wherever we can.
Thanks so much to all of our customers this year, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We can’t wait to welcome you back in what we hope is going to be a liberating new year.
We will be closing our doors at 5pm on Christmas eve and will be reopening the newly expanded shop on 6th January.
New opening hours from 6th Jan: Mon – Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 9am-4pm
